The Job

We’re now on the lookout for a Network Support person to join our Operations team. This full time position is based in our Richmond office as part of a wider team. In this role, you will support the day to day operational needs of VMO’s Digital Out of Home advertising network. This includes detecting and actioning any remediable steps to ensure the hardware is fully operational. You’ll be part of a fun, dynamic team with a total commitment to providing our clients with the most innovative advertising solutions.

Other key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring our digital signage hardware
• Utilizing the full suite of remote monitoring and control tools
• Assembly of digital signage solutions and the preparation of maintenance hardware
• Communicating with contractors, internal & external stakeholders
• Contributing technically to major projects that have a lasting impact on the business
• Being on call as required

Who are we looking for?

We are also ideally looking for someone with:

• Ability to understand and work with varying software suites
• Good verbal and written communication and customer service skills
• Understanding of audio visual and digital media hardware desirable
• IT enthusiast with general IT technical skills coupled with a high level of attention to detail
• A strong desire to meet client and team needs, paired with a positive attitude
